Sharing Private Tournaments

Hi all,
I host a local board game group in my home town of Lara, and have recently created a private BGA community for our group members to play here online together.
I've been creating turn based tournaments for our members to join, which is seeing some 5-10 people per game - not large of course but I want to be able to allow the option to set up a game and let people choose to join, rather than creating games and inviting people, then games don't go ahead if not everyone joins.
The problem I'm hoping to solve is how to share these tournaments in a simple way.
In the past I've had public tournaments with a common name and I could share the tournament search result for that name, but it seems I can't do that if it's a private tournament, despite the fact the people I am giving the link to have access to the tournament?
Specifcially, my tournaments are all called "Lara Board Gamers" I can search that on tournaments screen and see the results, however another member of the Lara Board Gamers Community get the same results, even if they search for it themselves.
So I have resorted to copying and pasting the links into our facebook group individually, and posting again when I create more games... but it would have been so much nicer to have a search result link "Click here for upcoming games!"
Does anyone have any other solutions for this situation?
