When I click on the card to make my first move at the start of the game, this error appears: ''Unexpected error: Error while processing database request ''
I tried from other browsers, other accounts, with a VPN, and from my phone, but the same thing happened every time.
Has anyone experienced this problem and managed to overcome it? How can I resolve this issue? Thanks in advance

you should open a bug report to contact the BGA crew.

I have the same issue. I start the game with no Vikings, and if I cluck on my hand, it’s gives me an error.
