where do we check which alliance are in place ?

Hi,
I cannot find where the current alliances are displayed, nor have I seen a prompt asking who’s is paying the 2 credits fee for forming / joining an alliance.
So I am not actually sure if the feature is working, or if I am just not watching at the right place.
Only thing I have, is the known bug of "MrPlayer has join an alliance with MrPlayer".
