I'm in the Pacific time zone, and for me they are midnight to noon, so depending what part of the USA you are in, those times sound plausible.

This information is available before you join tournaments, so it's probably best to look over the settings at that time.

Says playing hours would be 8am to 8pm in my timezone. Did you check this before clicking register? It tells you on the main tournament page.

dont know where it belongs but i loose games because other player in front of me is in another timezone how can i fix this problem...

In the playing hours section, it says the times "in your timezone". For me, BGA knows that's the UK, so it says the playing hours are "08:00 to 20:00". Your profile says you're in the USA, so that's why the playing hours are different to you.

All information about a tournament's settings are on the main tournament page before you click 'register'. Always check them thoroughly beforehand.

If the issue is that the playing hours fall when you are asleep, so someone can make a move and your clock starts running while you are in bed, there are two ways to deal with this: 1) don't join tournaments with playing hours when you're asleep in the first place; or 2) join tournaments with long enough round times that even if you lose hours from your clock when you are asleep you can still finish the game without running out of time.

I'd recommend the first option. For the second option you'd have to know how long it takes to finish a game, which is hard to do when you first play it in tournament format because the clocks don't add back time like they so outside tournaments.

If a tournament is badly designed the other player should recognize that and not kick you out. You could ask them in the chat not to do it. And if they still do it, you could report them, though I’m not sure if the site would do something about it, as they seem pretty lenient with this kind of behavior.
