Board Game Arena

Today I was playing a 2 player game of PR when suddenly I got a message that my thinking time was zero, even tho it wasn't my turn and I wasn't thinking. The other player appeared to be stuck on "think." I had not been thinking, but message said I was removed from game or something like that. Now, I've got a bad mark placed on my record saying I left game before end, but I do not deserve this. I was not at fault for game being stuck or disrupted or whatever happened. I am not sure the other player had anything to do with it either. He told me that the server was stuck, but then I was unable to message him at all after that...or at least I never got any other responses from him. What can be done to fix it so that I don't look like I purposely left game before the end? I fully wanted to complete this game!
