Board Game Arena

I received a message today suggesting I take a look at two specific accounts and their Tichu games. It doesn't take much insight to see that cheating and "kingmaking" are going on here. I have since identified a third player (using a new account) who is unfortunately also engaging in unfair play. Several new accounts stand out for playing Tichu exclusively at the 100 Elo level, solely to gain entry into the Arena.
I have reported the players in question and commented on their games. Naturally, this unfair behavior negatively affects other strong players who could well have won those Arena matches.

Is it possible to restrict Arena access to accounts with at least 200 Elo points and/or an account age of at least six months, in order to keep such players out?

On behalf of the BGA administrative team, we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.

Nonetheless, we could not care less about kingmaking; it has always been of zero concern to us. Our sole purpose is to be punishing frustrated players with unjustified moderation and ignoring every appeal or improvement suggestion. Moreover, we turn a blind eye to bugs in the games, refuse to bother reworking arena and elo distribution rules for team games, and we have the audacity to demand money for perpetually unstable service of our platform.

We take a great pride in our blatant neglect and contempt for the competitive community. Publicly accusing individuals of cheating infringes upon their rights to conduct themselves freely on our website, including, but not limited to cheating, sabotaging, kingmaking or trolling. Consequently, we will be taking appropriate moderation action against you for displaying intolerant behaviour and engaging in public shaming.
