The wording of stable tree should trigger by stables built by stable planner, correct? Because it did not.

How is anyone supposed to help you, if you don't tell us the cards' texts?

stable tree, " Each time you build 1 or more stables on your turn, place 1
wood on each of the next 3 round spaces. At the start of these rounds, you get the wood
."

Each time I built the stable I got no wood on the next rounds.

Probably because "at the start of these rounds" is not the same timing as "on your turn". So it seems quite logical to me that they don't trigger each other.
