Poorly Constructed

I've played this game enough now to feel confident in the following assessment. TB is a monumentally flawed game. Properly executed it could be a really challenging strategy game, but instead it's more like Russian Roulette. The Mission cards make no sense. Easy or Hard give you the same reward and in some cases Easy gives you more reward than Hard. The Special cards that pop up add nothing to the game except chaos. The Sandstorm card is in particular absurd, especially if it pops up late in the game. In summation I'd say it's a fine game for ages 8 and under but it falls apart pretty quickly beyond that.

Add to this not being able to see your opponent's board, which removes a layer of strategy from your decisions.
