Board Game Arena

While playing with the Leaders expansion, I noticed that when I combined Hatshepsut and Bilkis, I got 1 coin back from the bank after buying a resource from the bank. So that means I could get three coins back on the same turn (one for each neighbour, and one for buying from the bank). Is this correct? I wonder, since the instructions on Hatshepshut says that you only get a coin back after buying from your neighbours, but does the bank also count in this regard? This feels a little overpowered, in my opinion…
