Dirk Henn's Show Manager

Hi,
I've seen that several of Dirk Henn's great games have been implemented here, but one of my favorite ever, Atlantic Star, wasn't. In the past I remember that there was at least one project active about Show Manager (twin game of Atlantic Star) but it has faded away without been completed. Does anyone know why? I think it deserves a BGA version, it is simple but very fun and competitive (I've played hundred of times with my gaming group in the last 20 years or so!)
