I don't know how popular this game is, but I love the whole Sid Meyer's Civilization concept.

I played this game a couple of times when it was released.

Have you ever played it? Did you like it?
Is there any possibility to see it on BGA?

You're probably in the right section of the forum (Suggestions). If you're asking how to make the game, that's your link.

If you're asking someone else to make it for you... well, there's a pinned thread for making suggestions. It's 240 pages long. Can you imagine if every post of every page were its own thread? It would be a total mess.
