War of the Toads is in alpha

War of the Toads is a pocket-sized game for 2 players. It's easy to play but could be quite tricky to win!
Description from the publisher:
Battle across two Wars with identical decks. Take turns to attack and defend. Play two cards each turn, one face-up and one face-down.
Choose carefully, as your face-down card has a hidden tactic that affects it's ally when revealed. Did we mention each Toad comes with a unique hidden tactic?! After each battle is resolved, capture the defeated as hostages. When your deck runs out, it's the end of the War.
The extra wrinkle comes from leaving out a casualty and swapping decks at the end of the first War.
Will you take out a high casualty, leave your opponent with a weak deck and go for the revenge win? Or try to dominate the first war and eek out a victory by forcing a stalemate in the second?
