For some reason i cannot create tutorial project, i get error 500.

So with my developer account i cannot also login into forum and post thing, so im doing that with my bga account where i play games.
I also tried creating project with available license, i also get 500 error.
So far anything i tried to get involved into development isnt working.

We are aware of the issue with new project creation, we are investigating it.
