Chat with partner in a team game

Hi,
I would hope there is an easy way to chat with the partner(s) in team game like La Famiglia.
Chatting with a partner in a turn-based (not real time) team game is quite awkward, as there is no easy way on opening an chat with a person when the game is showing. It requires clicking the person in the player list, then clicking the message, and when that is done the game cannot be seen at the same time. There is only the chat with the table, but in a team game you wouldn't want to chat with the table, but with your team member.
A few options ideas or options:
A) add the "my profile" sidebar also available from the game screen (the bar that opens from the circular icon from top right), as this allows opening chats anywhere else in boardgamearena
B) add "chat directly" to the player list on the game screen top right, which would just directly open a chat with that person similarly as the chat with the table
Any thoughts?
