Double Points Bug?

Hi,
Could anyone please tell me how on God's green earth (no pun intended!) this 36 points became 74 with only 3 tiles?
= 36
= 74!
Tiles are only 2, 1, 5 points and multiplier is also x2 for the 1 tile!
