I can’t make a move in Kingdom Builder and I’m stuck
Hello, there’s been a bug in the Kingdom Builder game and I can’t make a move because there’s no space to place tiles. It’s a timed game and I’m -10 days behind.
I opened a support ticket reporting the bug several days ago but haven’t received a reply. I’ve also suggested quitting the game, but the other players won’t agree.
It won’t let me join any other games or matches anymore.
What should I do?

This bug was first reported and acknowledged nearly six years ago
https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=25665, but nothing was done, although it has 68 votes now. I think that's not acceptable! The developer said: "I haven't implemented this one since it's pretty rare..."
So it's better to vote for that ticket than opening a new one, to collect all cases in one ticket. What can you do now? You could file a complaint through customer support, as Meeplelowda has described. At least they should save your karma, if you get kicked at some point. And you could contact the developer, Tisaac, because he is still active. This is not the normal way to handle issues, but it isn't a normal situation either.

So they didn't fully implement the game but it's okay because it's rare? What a weird justification.

Thank a lot. One question, Did you close the game?

cigma doesn't work for BGA. Most of the people you encounter on the forums are just users like you (including all of the people currently responding on this thread). Hence why people are telling you to contact support.
BGA admins occasionally pop up here, but the forums are by no means a reliable way to seek help from them.

6 years ago bga was very different from current bga. No games are 100% bug free so yes, it's always a question of how rare/reproductible are each situation and how much time you have to handle it. I have developped this game as a volunteer back then and it was deemed good enough to be released. I am not maintaining this game anymore, fixing this bug would require quite a lot of change in the code since it would imply to develop some checkpoints since the whole turn would no longer be undoable because of private information revealed. The code has always been open to any contribution so if you like this game and know some bit of code, then please jump in
