I just noticed today that two highly requested changes were implemented.
Couldn't find change log, so maybe I missed something else.
Anyway - great thanks to
KuWizard and
Tisaac !!!
Change #1:
Dice roll animation
Change #2:
Small items and Objectives count visible on Player info (top right):

The second change only brings a visual noise that detracts from important info. I would rather switch it off if I could.
The first change is just unnecessary visual fluff.

You forgot to start your comment with "in my opinion, ..."
Also, if you want a switch to remove the second feature, then please use the bugs/suggestions system, that's how we can see if it's a single player's opinion or something a lot of players want (as these two features that were the most upvoted of all suggestions for the game)

I didn't forget "in my opinion". This is generally implied.
Okay. I appreciate your implementation of Nemesis:Retaliation. It's perfect! This is a great addition to BGA and a game I fell in love to. I appreciate you trying to improve it even further.
However, this last change is just annoying for me. Health, oxygen and number of cards that I and other players have - this is critical information. The one I'm constantly tracking. I'm looking there at the right panel as often as I look on the main board. Now it's harder for my eyes to quickly get it.
I'm currently 5th in the rating. I have never had a situation where I needed to know what item types they have in their backback. That information is not relevant to winning and it doesn't affect my decisions.
It's just my opinion and for some players it may be important. My suggestion is to move that extra info that you added to a space near the character board. Or, make it toggleable via a switch like it's done in Terraforming Mars where I can hide tags or counters info on the minipanel.
Also, I can't disable this night mode.
(edited for clarity and grammar)

Gloria Victis,
info about your character is always on top in the player info module.
In my opinion, when I'm looking at other players, i'm looking for info - what potential cards they can have in hand (clickable on Player Board).
I rarely look for how many oxygen they have. I may look for their HP if I have objective to eliminate them.
But what was entirely missing was the info about small items (when you play vs Contractor you never know what deck they used via Always Prepared, this info is also very useful when playing vs Medic) and who still hasn't chose their objective.
Dice roll is purely visual, but it was high on Suggestion List.
What is the most important for me, is that game is still in active development and can be even better in the future.

This doesn't solve my problem with the visual clutter on the right minipanel. This game is already very information-intensive. The right minipanel is a place where the most important things are shown. Health, oxy and cards is critical for decision-making, whereas item types numbers is very situational at best. It doesn't even tell anything certain because there are 7-8 different items of each color. Take a look at my suggestions above, what do you think?

Can be easily tweaked with the custom css you can set here in BGA. I hvae my own, even some scripts for key bindings in looking at player boards.

Thank you for the suggestion. I'm not familiar with css, can you share a piece of code to hide that row with item types, please? Key bindings for player boards would be cool too.

As I said, feel free to create a suggestion to have a setting to disable it and we will implement it if there are enough upvotes. It's always a question of prioritizing our work so having the upvote system help us know what to tackle next (depending on associated dev complexity of course).
The dark mode is enforced per publisher's request since most part of the UI is already quite dark so the white bars were not fitting greatly the whole UI. (If you really want the white bar, you can actually "hack it" by double clicking on it from within the game)
Just one remark about items : it's also a way to actually display the total number of items a player has in their backpack since that information is not available anywhere. I do agree that having the information for each kind of color is probably overkill for most situations but since I have to add an extra line in the player panel, I might as well display this detailed information rather than just total number of items.
