I have a question about action cards.

If player A draws Just one more, he gives it to player B.

If player B picks a "flip four", can he chose himself for 4 more cards even if Player A gave him a "Just One More" ?

Action cards can be given to players who have stayed or frozen. The only rule is you can't give a card to someone who busted. The "one more" recipient can choose to play the flip 4 on themselves.

This is different from the original flip 7, where people who stayed or froze can't receive cards.
