KILN, game by Néstor Romeral Andrés, is now in Public Alpha! 
In KILN, 2 to 4 players share one red-hot 6×6 kiln. You don’t just take tiles: you push whole rows and columns through the kiln to line up your colours. When a connected group in your colour forms, you copy that shape into your own 5×5 warehouse. Fill a row or column and you can sell it for points, and the first to hit the target score wins.
The clever part: every push changes the board for everyone else, so the best move is often the one that helps you while leaving your opponents with nothing to copy.
