Duel Mode Match Results

I have a question regarding Duel Mode.
Duel Mode has been adopted for this season's Arena.
I understand that in Duel Mode, we play as each faction once, for a total of two matches.
My question is: how is the winner determined?
If the result is one win and one loss, is it considered a draw? Or is the outcome decided by factors such as the total score across the two games?
