Cheating? Or how is that possible?

Try to take a look here and go to move 44 as marshal point of view, then try to guess:

The last guessed card was a 27 with 28 beneath. After that I played 34 with 14 and 36 as sprint, then 38 with 37.
I saw in the replay that the opponent had only the 33 and 41 in hand greater than 28. So there was no practical way to take me, he had a lot of holes: 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38 and 39 at maximum with +7 and +5 from 27.
But he got both 34 and 38 IN THE SAME GUESS! how in the world is that possible without cheating somehow? The other guesses in the game were certain or 50-50 chances, while this last one makes completely no sense!!
Is there a logical explanation for that?
