I got a leave penalty while my opponent left the game

my opponent left the game i skipped her turn to finish it and then i couldnt get out of the game without quiting. i got this problem twice (this game also: http://en.boardgamearena.com/#!table?table=13288175) and got 2 left penalty without really leaving a game.
