A player played a game as 1st timer in gizmo game and in 1 min changed his user name .... then deleted both accounts.
I think the objective was to make me lose and bring down my points.
now there is no track of that player
Are players doing this kind of thing to bring ELO points down for other players ?
earlier name was *** -----to ***
attached is snapshot of the play. table ***

How does what that player did do anything negative to you? You won the game. You gained Elo. What are you expecting to happen as a result of this post?

He was obviously a pro player as he got 37 points vs my 39 ....
Had i lost to a player with 1st game , i would have lost 30+ points ....
It is my first experience. As i check what other games other players play , i went to his page and saw his name had changed. As i went to the new named account , his account got deleted.
I did not lose anything ... had i lost then also no worries, but i think his intention was not right.
better to make others aware of this kind of practice.

If losing to someone not quite 300 yet is supposed to be evidence of their skill, then they are probably not very good at the game right now. Gizmos may not have the highest top ratings, only 600s level players, but even at that level a 300 is not a real challenge to defeat, they should be able to do that over 80% of the time, vs a 200s rating even easier. Their targets would be players with top ratings to target, with low rated players just being swept off to the side as they got there. Though even then I'd expect the targets to be in Arena to aim for temporary titles and snag them as the season ends, as the rating is going to recover anyways in time regardless, so permanent damage doesn't really happen unless the target isn't really going to play much afterwards.
If someone was targeting a player not even 300 yet, then this sounds more like a random player upset over some nonsense rather than anyone competent trying to manipulate a result. We'd be looking at something ridiculous like them being upset over how you "teamed up" with another player in a game with more than 2 players or misplayed a result in a game where your actions were tied together (whether or not you made such mistakes is less relevant than them overreacting to it anyways.)
It's also possible that whatever is going on actually has nothing to do with you at all. A new account being made and deleted is weird, but they could have been trying to take advantage of the k factor of new accounts or trying to make some sort of perfect run account, and losing there failed or embarrassed them so they deleted the account. Though those aren't really things they should be doing either.

You can never know if a player with 1st game is the world offline champion or not. If you don't want to take the risk, don't play against beginners.

The question is not if i am playing with 1st time player, which i have done many times.
This player is making multiple accounts and deleting them after play , making new accounts ....and deleting them.
the *** account is now deleted again after 6 hrs .
Also i looked up his other name which he switched to ***
there are many accounts with sdfg or sdg....which are all from different countries with 0 to few games played
***
Can this be a coincidence.......

Interesting because recently there was a discussion in a thread about how realistic it is that someone would do something like that.
Looks like those people exist, though in this case I'm not sure what their goal is. Kinda hard to ask for a harsh sanction against them when you can't even figure out what they are doing exactly. But creating tons of accounts is probably forbidden on its own, so you could try that.

Some people have played a game a lot in person before playing on BGA.
Don't sweat your elo. It is a bad measure for many games.

That list of names? Sure, seems someone spammed some letters and numbers, doesn't look like an account they cared about, and so it didn't see much play. Randomly checking a few indicates they're even a few years old. I was under the impression this user was making new accounts then deleting them?
On the other hand, if you're saying names on this list are getting used, and after your claim we see them getting burned up one by one, then that would be pretty suspicious.
