Security code image failing to load on Developer registration page

Hello,
I am trying to register as a BGA Studio developer, but the security code (CAPTCHA) image fails to load.
When inspecting the developer tools, I found that it returns a 404 Not Found error. I have tested this across multiple devices and different platforms, but the issue persists on all of them.
Could someone please look into this? Thank you for your help!
