Board Game Arena

Hi all, I have been queueing for Arena mode for GC for almost a week. Occasionally 1 player joins my lobby, but then always disappears. Several times the lobby has just disappeared entirely. I've also tried adjusting the number of turns per day but hasn't seem to have helped.

I've never played any Arena mode on any game before, is this just a matchmaking issue, or something I don't understand? Maybe there aren't enough players at the lowest rank to queue with?

For real-time or turn-based? I get Galactic Cruise turn-based arenas essentially continuously and I'm pretty much locked at the lowest rank. But Galactic Cruise is a permium game, and I'm a premium user which will have an impact.

Just looking at turn based, and am also a premium user. I now appear to have a full lobby but the game hasn't started. I'm v confused :'), tyia for any assistance
