A bug should not block you from playing other matches

There was a bug at one match so I could not click on anything (a database error) but that blocked me from playing other matches. Iit says that I need to play the first table. I also lost all karma because od that. Can you admins restore it?

There is no guarantee anybody employed by BGA will ever see your post, as this is intended to be a
user discussion forum. Have you tried using the "Contact us / Support" link at the bottom of every page?
