How do I see other people’s clan cards/goals?

See above. Game rules say they’re supposed to be public information except for neutral tactics cards?
Afaik,, on BGA, you can't view other ppl cards until they've played them.
Tactics cards are supposed to remain hidden until played.
The rest is always the same, depending on Clans so with experience or with a list you can find on BGG, you can know what cards your opponents have.
