Hi,

I'm new to the site, still managed to win some games. So i got a trophy for being a 'good player' (+1600 ELO).
This trophy gives me 100 prestiges, wich is probably not that important, but I was wondering what happens with the trophy and the prestige once you are back below the 1600 ELO.

Does the trophy stays (and is it more like an achievement award, that you managed to have +1600 ELO) ?
Does the trophy goes away, but stays the prestige ? (you won't get new prestige once you're back above 1600)
Or does both the trophy and the prestige goes away ?
In that case, I don't really see the use of this trophies and prestige. Because it'll avoid you from starting new games/challenges, since you have little to win, but much to lose ..

You will loss the prestige and the trophy when you get -1599.

You still have more to gain by playing more. There are better trophies at 1800 ELO (expert) and 2000 ELO (master), if you're able to get that high.

Even though you might lose your trophy, I don't think that should stop you from playing more. It's just arbitrary points. Enjoy the game, and if you don't want to lose the trophy play with ELO off.
