Opting out of "Replay Game from This Point"

Currently the worse part of playing is when I try to scroll back on the left-hand turn log column to get info on who played a recent move, and inevitably I have clicked too hard and the server takes me off the game site and loads up a screen of 'replaying game from this point', causing a delay for me and the other players.
I would like to have the option to turn off the 'replaying game from this point' function. This function does not interest me anyway, and I would like to no longer be interrupted by it when I am scrolling back a bit on the turn log.
