I think we should have a forum where there is game rules for different games. Agree or disagree below... 
You mean rules as in a forum for each game where you can discuss / ask for clarification about the rules in a game, discuss whether you've encountered a bug or not and discuss your favorite strategies for a game.

If you're just searching for game rules each game page already contain these. At least when some1 wrote them out on the BGA wiki.
http://en.doc.boardgamearena.com/ from there you can link to all the game rule pages. In English cause that's mostly updated if you want to change to your language change the en. to the correct language (pages might not exist at that point so up to you to make them!).
