Explain Thermopyles Ranking?

I currently have 10 victories out of 20 games, and my ELO doesn't even seem to have gone up.
The top player has a win rate of about 1 in 3, and has a ridiculously high ELO.
Can someone please explain to me how the ELOs are being calculated for this game?
Thanks!

I'm not an expert at Thermopyles but it appears to me you gain 10pt/win and -2pt/loss. On a win/lose ratio of 1:1 you gain 8ELO/2games.
Seeing ELO-leader with an ELO of 12180 you just need to play 2670 games on your win/lose ratio to get there from the starting 1500. Keep playing

The game has a 50/60% chance of win when someone plays. If you win you got 10 and when you loss you got -2
Win this game is easy, it's just a little of luck and END.
In 20 games, if you've 50% of wins you got 200 and loss 20. In 60% you got 240 and loss 16. If you don't know the "trick" to beat, it would be a little harder, but isn't complicated really.

20 games, 0.5 win ratio: you win 100 elo and lose 20
20 games, 0.6 win ratio: you win 120 elo and lose 16
