Hola Buenos Días,

Anoche en la partida de Puerto Rico No. 318232 hubo un problema grave de caida, los 4 jugadores se transformaron en Zombis. La partida fue cancelada, pero nos dio -20 en reputación.
Mi sugerencia es, si una partida es cancelada (no termina correctamente por alguna razon) no se penalice a ningun jugador, no se obtengan puntos, pero tampoco se pierdan.

This night in the table Puerto Rico No. 318232 had a serius problem with the web, the 4 players were Zombis. The table was cancel, but I have -20 reputation.
My suggestion is if a table is cancel by anything, nobody has penalty, positive either negative.

Hi Roger,
You should post this as a bug rather than a suggestion... Then if truly the system has not been properly conceived and it was not a bug, make it a suggestion. That will make your message easier to track for the administrators of the website.
