Gosu effect order suggestion.

This is somewhat of a problem.
You have Panzer Kunst. You play for example Dame2Pique, game asks for you to destroy 1 card. You think its from Dame and destroy your, but it was from Panzer, and now you need to destroy another one of yours. Similar with Warmachine level 2 that swaps and destroys - you don't know the order and what level can you kill. It should indicate, either in message on top or somehow on cards.
Also, question: in a situation #2 - I play a "destroy a free card" level 2 warmachine on top of Panzer.. Shouldn't I get to choose who kills first? It can make a difference sometimes.
