Some of the random games generated in Dominion are great, is there any way to play the same cards again. That would be a nice option?

Without thinking much about it, I would say it would be difficult to implement (and thus not worth it).
However, a reasonably good/easy solution on the players' side is to start a game with the "draft" option and select the desired cards.
