Throne Room -> Throne Room

How is this supposed to work?
Here it seems that if I throne room a throne room, the next card I play gets played twice, but that's it. I always thought that when playing a throne room on a throne room you get to do the throne room twice, effectively being able to play two action cards from your hand twice, but I might be wrong.

Anyone that has any clue as to what the rules are?

If this is what happens, it's a bug. The effect of throne rooming a throne room should be you get two actions which will each be repeated.

On your profile, you can look through your old games. If you can find one where this happens, post a link to the bug forum for the developers.

With 2 throne rooms, you can play twice the 2 following action cards

I would even say: you must play twice the 2 following action cards.

Yeah, that's how it should work. Sadly I can't remember in which game it happened, but if I try it again and it goes wrong I'll be sure to post a link to it in the appropiate place.
Thanks for the help =)

I would like some clarification on this, since I think I might have been playing Throne Room wrong in real life games: supposing you had two Throne Rooms, a Witch, and two Estates in your hand. Could you play Throne Room --> Throne Room --> Witch, essentially giving you four Witch effects; or you could you only play Throne Room --> Witch, giving you two Witch effects but without an extra action to play the second Throne Room--or without a second Action card to play that (second) Throne Room on?

Hi,

You can play Throne Room --> Witch for two witch effects and no remaining actions.
You can also play Throne Room --> Throne Room --> Witch, which gives you two witch effects (you have to play two Witches to have four with effects). If you draw action cards thanks to the witch, you may play one of them, the effect of which will be doubled. You may also play no more action cards, which has obviously no additional effects. (On this last point, one might interpret the rule as follows: after playing a throne room, you are forced to play an action card if you can. This is not the interpretation on BGA.)

Cheers,
