Board Game Arena

Hi

This is my first post so I hope it's in the right place. I just lost connection and by the time i got back, I guess i timed out and could not reenter the game, this counted as a quit game. Is there any way to rectify this ?

A few days ago a Player left his terminal for many minutes without telling me. I finally quit because I wanted to play something else but that counted against me also. I realized after I should've booted him but by then it was too late.

Anny suggestions to avoid these unintentional quits ?
