I have one remark on the German translation of "Elfenland" which concerns only one string (consisting of two words ), but this is applied to every town and probably visible in every session: the English text "Town of" is translated as "Stadt von". This is a correct literal translation, but a construction like this is unusual in German, you would simply say "Stadt Köln" and never "Stadt von Köln". I suggest to simply write "Stadt" or "Die Stadt" (engl.: "The town of"). In fact the "von" could be misleading because in German "von" ist understood as possessive pronoun: "town of London" would be understood as someone called London possesses a city ... It even doens't sound like medieval or fantasy style to me.
I would change this on my own but it is impoosible. In another thread I have read that it is possible to give people the right to change proved translations.
