Creating accout problems - BGA Studio

When I tried to create an account I gave the name of the Studio user the same as I use while normal play - but it said such user name does not exist, maybe because I use G+ logon mechanism
So I tried to use a different name for the Studio user
-> there was a message that the email I used is already used o.0
--> I gave another of my emails
...there was another error message but I was already fed up so I did not read it, closed the registration page.
Then...
After 5 min I got an email with my new account data for one of my user name I given earlier.
After another 5 minutes I received another email with another account data for the first user name I tried to give [with the first email]
So now I have two user accounts - usually this is some violation of terms of usage and I dont want to get a ban for a software glitch hence the report.
What to do in such case?
