In a turn-based tournament game a player runs out of time. What should the other player do in order to finish the game and get a win?

Nothing, the tour has a bug, when a game ends by out of time... the table get victory to the other player but in tours is considered tie.

It should be fixed soon, seriously.

Now the player with the biggest remaining reflexion time wins the game.

In this tournament my Opponent run out of time.
