Merry Christmas everyone!

BGA and Nestorgames are happy to introduce a new abstract game : Battle of LITS, a game from Grant Fikes.

Image

The game is played with a board with cells marked with "O" and "X". One player wins 1 point per visible "O", and the symbol other 1 point per visible "X" symbol. At your turn, you have to place a piece, and of course you try to cover your opponent's symbols, while trying to keep your symbols uncovered.

When placing pieces you have to respect these 3 rules :
1. Every new piece must share an edge with at least one of the pieces already on the board.
2. Two identical pieces (= same color) must NOT share an edge.
3. No four cells in a 2x2 arrangement may all be covered by pieces.

And that's it! We strongly encourage you to try this fun game :)

BGA would like to thank Nestorgames for giving the authorization to have this game here. Battle of LITS adaptation for BGA has been developed by Jack Lance using BGA Studio: thank you a lot Jack!

Enjoy :)

Not sure Pie rule is working correctly - didn't switch player symbols, just gave player one another turn with the same symbols selected
