There's always someone delay during a game, but no message to hasten them, so why not add one?

Two new entries have been added to the pre-written messages (which, by the way, have been fixed to be translated again in the appropriate language for each player, as it was not working anymore):

• Hey, are you still there?
• Yeah, still there, just thinking.
