I reported an abusive player for the first time. The case was closed as follows: "This report is incomplete for the following reason: No table ID => report closed". But the table id was in the original report and is still visible on my report (http://en.boardgamearena.com/#!report?i ... r=84145980). Did I do something wrong with the report? Thanks for any help/advice.

You should have specified the insult, especially because this was in russian and difficult to understand. Anyway I manage to find it with Google Translate.
