Time Jokers and Tournaments

Should time jokers really be allowed during tournament play? In my opinion they should not, but it appears they are currently allowed.

In this game shawnchilliard currently has 18 days left (each player started with 15), meaning the current implementation allows time to be added in tournament games.
With the jokers it is possible to reach the maximum time per round in a tournament with neither player running out of time. In this case whichever player has more time left would win, but due to the use of time jokers this is not necessarily the person who took more time.
