Not ranked games with all maps on

I run into a game where all maps where avalaible but I realised after choosing my map that the startermaps also where available what leads to a huge disadvantage. Is it possible when playing ranked it isn't possible to have both normal maps and starter maps to choose from. Or a warning that startersmaps are on.

"Custom Setup" is any map, including A and 0.
"Custom Setup" without A and 0 is what you are looking for.
