No need to wait for the last player in hunting phase

There is no need to wait for the last player to put his/her marker on the last card available because there is no choice.

Could this step be automatically done by BGA? It would speed up the game.

It doesn't matter though because that player is the first to tame/sell etc. anyway. It always annoys me a little bit as well, but changing it would save no time.
