I have noticed an Icon at the end of each street that seems to indicate +1/cone. I thought it was simply a reminder of the special points that are gained with this board. I have observed, however, that the icon becomes randomly scratched out during the game.
a. What does the icon represent?
b. What is the trigger and significance of the icon being scratched out?
From the rules:
A. 1 point per cone circled in the street when/if the last cone on the street is circled.
B. Only the first player(s) to complete the street, receive the bonus.
