Prolongation of premium membership

Prolongation of my premium membership failed for some reason. Unfortunately I can't see why. There's no hint. Neither can I see the credit card or bank account the fee should have been charged to. According to the FAQ, the only way left is to cancel the current subscription and create a new one. And...
