Prolongation of premium membership

Prolongation of my premium membership failed for some reason. Unfortunately I can't see why. There's no hint. Neither can I see the credit card or bank account the fee should have been charged to. According to the FAQ, the only way left is to cancel the current subscription and create a new one. And here's the BUT: Meanwhile the subscription fee has been increased and it was stated that existing premium memberships will remain at their current lower subscription fee.

So it seems that there's no way for me to renew my subscription whilst keeping the lower fee, is there?
