I'd like to see a 6 racer tournament. I played in a 2 per race tournament, and it was insane - more like playing leap frog with crazy calculations to make the best, last leap.

Force players to take pending turns before creating or joining a new game.

Pro-rate reputation penalties based on the percentage of the games' progress - say one third of the progress. Put out a message when they go to quit like: "The game is 90% complete - you will loose 30% off of your reputation if you quit now.".

It is too easy to recover a reputation after quitting loosing games. Make it harder for people, who casually leave games, to enter tournaments or get selected for arena mode - put out a message that they "need a 100% reputation" to enter either, so that they don't get a chance to ruin game...
