Events are only the cards that also have a downward arrow as a tag. Everything else is a project. So it only applies to cards with space tag + arrow.

I was quite surprised that the Points cards are hidden here until the end of the game. I always thought it was an official rule that they have to be displayed immediately when drawn. Apparently that was just someone's house rule I never checked.
